Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026. Please review the terms governing your usage of Munjiz autonomous developer tools and device seat licenses.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Munjiz Platform (including our desktop execution engine, web portal, and cloud relays), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity.
2. Software Licensing & Device Seats
Munjiz provides software subscriptions categorized by seat tiers (Solo, Team, Enterprise). Each subscription allows activation on a maximum designated number of licensed devices:
- Seat Allocation: Licenses are bound to authorized device seats. Devices must register with our central licensing service to verify active validity.
- Device Seats Management: You may deactivate obsolete devices from your organization dashboard to reallocate seats to new developer machines.
- Prohibited Sharing: Sharing license keys outside your organization or bypassing seat verification mechanisms is strictly prohibited.
3. Autonomous Agent & Sandbox Usage
Munjiz utilizes AI agents to inspect repositories, patch code, and execute builds inside isolated sandboxes:
- User Responsibility: While Munjiz automated agents test patches, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving autonomous commits before deploying code to production environments.
- Resource Utilization: You agree not to use Munjiz sandboxes for unauthorized activities, including cryptocurrency mining, malicious network scanning, or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all source code, software architecture, and modifications generated or patched by Munjiz inside your projects. Munjiz claims no ownership or copyright over your codebases. Munjiz retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying platform software, AI agent engine, and branding.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our authorized payment processor (LemonSqueezy). You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munjiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from automated build executions or software deployments. Platform services are provided with enterprise reliability standards.
7. Contact & Support
